well its not hard to learn how to play in raids and your spells are already set up on actions bars from 1 to = so maybe they wouldn't

Yeah but you kinda need to know how to use those spells.

Unless you're a mage where you can pretty much have one finger over fireball/frostbolt the whole fight.
