peps keep saying this and i agree with them that i am shit at Photoshop, i cant find 1/2 decent tutorials online so could someone post a good one they have found or just some tips about using it

Lots of colours clash, keep it simple, keep things clean with as few colours as possible.

That is certainly better than your other attempts. BTW please don't post things like this in 2 places, we don't need to see it in the logo section as well. Also, please reduce your signature size, it should be no bigger than mine.
