A New Moderator: Phantom

As the community expands, and old moderators become more inactive, there is always a need for new moderators to keep the peace. The same applies to TS as well, since there always seem to be people on, and spammers get on everyone's nerves.

So, after thinking about who I should give SA and moderator rights, I finally decided on:

PHANTOM - congratulations!!

As you all know, he's done a great job at running all the servers, and has proven himself a trustworthy member of ATK for a long time now.

I'm sure he'll do us proud!! Remember, if you are responsible, and proactive then you could be the next one!
