This account is in danger of being shut donw unless immidiate action are taken. For vertification and fully control over this account please state your name/password. Thank you, and for any questions refer to www.steampowered.com wtf is this crap?? (sry for bad spelling) Didnt understand a shit!!!

Looks like everyone's been getting this problem, it's a hoax I think and someone's trying to hack your account. Don't give out your password and just ignore it if you're still able to play.
