Going to i31?

I can't come because my better computer is still broken but after all the fuss we have had with out i doubt i would be allowed to take it anywhere anyway.

Apparently I can go but only if miraculously I get my hands on a decent comp that isn\'t our family PC. I have tried everything and even said to my dad that id put £150 in to buy at least something half decent

I can't come for the reason of I use my family PC and I wouldn't be allowed to bring it.
If I have my own computer next year then I will probably be able to go to i32 or i33.
