Well, I know I ain't an important person around here but I think this idea would be a good one:
Forum Activity:
Basically if a clan wants to join the members have to be active on the forums. This stop any old clan joining up and using the server and TS how they please for free.
Good idea, (should be in suggestions really) we should make sure all the members of a new clan have signed up before they are allowed to join. Or, if the clan is huge, just the leaders and main members of the clan.
