Dayum that IS a hard choice, had both on PS1 and loved them both... but I think I'm slightly leaning towards Crash Bandicoot.

Both pretty awesome bandicoot was the better game but it bored me so I'd go for the flying and fire breathing.
I had both, and although Spryo was good to start with, Crash Bandicoot was the better overall game. We also need to remove DK's comment regarding torrenting.
