Disappointingly there hasn't been a huge number of videos uploaded yet of Black Ops multiplayer, but here's a few I found on the official forums:

mmm it looks like its shaping up to be awsome although there isnt a public beta theyre having a internal beta which has like 1000 people or so apparently so maybe thats still a good sighn of them testing it and sheet

Lol it look awesome and its more cod2/4 style which means it will be an awesome game And wager mode looks amazing this game if definately going to be HUGE that balistic knife looks a bit op though is it 1hit kill anywhere on them, looked like it just tagged him in the arm on that last part and killed him :s

Yeah, but look at MW2 competitive play, nothing happened. Yet another game for casual gamers? Srs, tits or gtfo.

Yeh but it wont matter to comepetitive players if its unranked, if its like promod there will be no perks anyways and most weapons will be disabled can't wait to see how it works out as all the MW2 competitive noobs will be like omg we want perks and fail :P

And it seems from the guys vid that they have tried to make this a lot more like cod2 and 4 so hopefully the competitve side will go that way

yhea i was think that about pro mod also its kinda fair that moded servers are unranked seeing as you could find loop holes to gain lotsa cash with mods or somthing

I thought this looked awesome. Really nice that the developers are including all the stuff that the community would probably end up making anyway. All of that makes team deathmatch sound boring.

Well, really good, but too much like MW and MW2,
and I really hoped for something that will look and feel different.
Took me a few seconds to realize it really is Black Ops and not MW2.

Well you need to remember if it's too different then it wouldn't be Call of Duty, COD2 and COD4 worked well and were popular, so they've kept the good aspects of those games, if they completely changed it people would be far more pissed off than they would be if it was exactly the same. But on the flipside it's different enough from previous titles due to the new game modes, Create a Class 2.0, and the introduction of more obscure weapons.

Yeah - I think they should at least change the look of the game, I know they keep it the same, 'cause if you see a CoD game you instantly know it's CoD, just from the aesthetics, but aesthetics are often the first thing that people notice, and first impressions are last impressions most of the time.

I think they're banking on the "I have CoD 4, I have MW2. I will have Black Ops" mentality of most of the casual CoDers out there.
