dunno but probably i5, 5870 and 4gb ddr3. not certain tho, may have to scale back to a 5830 or less instead if u wanna go intel, personally I'd go AMD (as i have), to save money for gfx / ram.

At the end of the day the i5 is faster but for gaming there is no call for the speed and the gfx is much more important.

Also might be worth considering u cud get a phenom 555 dual core and use the extra money to buy a dual pci-e 16x board with a bios that can unlock the other 2 cores, so you end up with a quad anyway.
