EDIT - That massive rant wasn't directed at anyone btw, I just get a little frustrated when I do all the spreadsheets and all the posts etc, and then when I have to choose pics for all the candidates at the start, it just seems no-one is happy with the selection. But in fairness, like I said above, I didn't choose a great one, so I apologise for that.
