40 Choke

After re-installing CSS, whenever I play i constantly have 30-40 Choke.

Any solutions/tips?

V - sync, or your drivers are outdated.

They can't be outdated as they worked before my parents re-installed the computer.

Choke is just sudden lag.

*Sigh* It means find what graphics card it is and install those drivers...i.e the newest ones. You probably have a geforce FX or ATI radeon.

Yes, we've done that and the sound configuration, which BTW is also screwed as you all sound like robots on TS, lol.
