You guys need to play together a lot more, like just showing up for matches is never going to get you anywhere
Like even if you just play together on a pub server for like an hour every night or something, coms and team work improve, and then you could use one of those hour slots to go over a map or something, maybe find someone to play some scrims against on that map...
