vox get your win cd and boot it up
then go to recovery console and delete the aries.sys
if not just do a repair installation not reinstall windows.
Aries.sys is a sony 1st gen root kit DRM protection driver and has raped your system
if this doesnt work Ill look into and not work off the top of my head but that should have a effect
