This is all I could find:

Its a pretty simple and straightforward template. If you want it simple and easy, you can just focus on making the base cube. But if you want a little more accuracy on the companion cube’s shape and form, then paste / add all of the extra details.

The companion cute paper cut-out is pretty sweet. I always wonder what sort of paper people use to create these things. Heavy stock seems like the best idea, but don't the creases show up really predominantly?
