Record a demo(record "name")
Put everything on full(of course)
In console type:
host_framerate 100
then to start recording type:
startmovie "name"
this should now be recording the video will be very laggy but will come out fine.
Then with Virtual Dub get the first image file in you cstrike folder and it should gather all the images.
compress it how you want with x264 etc
then export/save as it and your done.
