    I thought Skate would be awesome, but its yet another game that doesnt seem to completly meet its hype. Its good, dont get me wrong, but its promises were hollow and only barely met, in my view.

    yup PS3 fail, if I was offered one I would take it but I sure as hell wouldnt give any money to sony.

    DX10 is pretty much the same as DX9 though.

    Yes, but as you say, you need Vista to use DX10, so you're getting a lot of other issues, I'd rather have a decent computer that works (ironic that I get the BSOD) than having a major performance issue.

    I was looking at the Eye of Judgement for the PS3 and I might get that for Christmas as it looks like fun
