I capped my FPS at 60 with the command, which didn't do anything, but should I turn vsync on anyway?

(Lol, totally not used to having a computer that can process faster than 90fps at maximum XD)

Same results both on and off-line servers (i.e. I click create game for offline), so nothing should be anything to do with connection.

I'm gonna check vsync at some point today, if I can pull myself away from ArmA II and Mass Effect.
