Your native language is Engish right? Hold on, that's a load of balls, even if it wasn't it isn't beyond people to use ATLEAST full stops and capital letters. It just makes your writing so much more readable and understandable. The only place speak like that is acceptable is on instant messengers, and even then I try to use punctuation.
