I've tried this on a fair few servers, apparantly they're filled with women, not a single person took the bait xD

Probably yes, he can just ask his friends to fall for the so called trap and then let him/her get stabbed in the back.

But it is a nice strategy I may use this tactic in MMOs where I will just put a LVL 1 naked lady in the field and then wait for them.
