The reason it was delayed was to update it for the changes in Incursion 1.6. Obviously over time it will become outdated, but it is bang up to date atm. That said, I haven't read everything with a magnifying glass, so I could be wrong.it looks like the one that was released with the last major patch in incarna 2months ish ago, so it still should be pretty much upto date although on some of the economics stuff i cant be so sure about, since the market changes vastly so quickly and changes totaly from region to region
