I tried to do this back in 08 but due to copyright law as well of fear of being sued anything under copyright is banned from slapping on the card unless you manage to get past the auto filters and maybe human screening.

lolcat or some internet meme would be good though, having a jet black card would also fool quite a lot into thinking you have an unlimited amex
